Hamid Razik

Hamid Razik, a native of Chicago, has worked at a variety of jobs in the arts and media in the thirteen years he’s lived in New York City. He worked at a magazine started by a friend, on the Michael Moore documentary “Bowling for Columbine” and most recently on the Academy Award-nominated Hurricane Katrina documentary “Trouble the Water.”
In addition, Razik is on the board of directors of the Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, a community theater in the South Bronx. He returned to school this fall for a master’s in digital media. He is covering the East Village.
